This office is hands down! without a doubt in the world the best dental office in the Flint area!!! Their staff is so professional and most of all caring! I had an excellent experience at this dental office. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The office was clean, well-organized, and created a comfortable environment for patients. The dental team took the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure I felt informed throughout my visit. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to patient care were evident at every step. They were able to offer an affordable payment plan in an emergency, when every other local dentist office refused to treat without payment in full same day The entire staff demonstrated a high level of courtesy and respect. It is clear that patient satisfaction and quality care are top priorities for this practice. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone seeking knowledgeable, COMPASSIONATE and professional dental care. It is clear that Xad and Jennifer take great pride in thier work and are committed to providing excellent care to every patient. Their positive attitudes an

The Dental Hygienist was absolutely amazing, she has impeccable bedside manner. Both her and the dentist made me feel so comfortable and at ease to the point that I kept dosing off in the middle of my procedure. I haven’t had a bad visit yet, on my very first visit the tall and pretty African American was absolutely kind polite and professional. Even though I have never meet Dr. Grossi, he did an amazing job at hiring great staff. Thank you all for the wonderful experience. Even the decorations are welcoming and inviting ❤️🦷

I had my vizsla get intonmy dentures and I had another office and lab tell me they weren't repairable. The office manager where I originally had them made went back on a cash deal I had with their lab. I called grossi as I used them in the past and they got me in the next day. They gave me a couple of options which were repair only no guarantees but they would try. Repair and new. Or just new. They worked with me and my insurance to get a price for both that was less than just new at the other two place. I had no real expectations on the fix other than cosmetic until the new were made. They had the repair done the same day. I figured I would only have a horseshoe back that I would have to glue in every morning. I can tell you this. Their lab tech is a miracle worker. I asked the dentist and assistant to give her a hug for me. The before and after are amazing and I ate the first real meal in a week and a half. I lost teeth from a malnutrition and stoumach surgery and I have to chew my food real fine. I have lived on protien drinks and birthday cake for a week. Thank you so much.
